In the event of dangerous weather conditions that occur during the regularly-scheduled school day, campus leadership may contact you directly by phone, e-mail, or text message asking that you come pick up your scholar. If you do not receive these automated messages, we may not have your correct contact information. Please inform the front office if you have updated contact information to share with us. If the decision is made to release school early due to inclement weather, after-school programs will also be cancelled. You will need to contact offsite aftercare programs directly for their updates.
Additionally, there may be times when your scholar is actually safer on the campus than on the road during hazardous conditions (such as an imminent tornado threat in the immediate area); these situations will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The campus will notify you as soon as possible with a decision once it has been made.
